We are currently hiring a Learning & Performance Associate to join our team! In this role, you would provide support for Rho’s Training and Development efforts. This would include providing front-line support for the learning management system (LMS), assigning training to appropriate employees via LMS, maintaining training documentation, providing support for the delivery of training materials, providing timely reporting to Project Leadership regarding training compliance status of employees, and other administrative support duties for the Learning and Performance Team.

In this role, you will be required to work US-working hours.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service to internal clients in a timely and professional manner
  • Respond to email and other communication requests in a timely fashion using a variety of methods including but not limited to email, instant messaging, and other communication tools
  • Complete project-specific responsibilities with minimal supervision
  • Create, maintain, and update Project-Specific Training courses within Rho’s LMS
  • Maintain and update Project-Specific Training Matrices and Training assignments via LMS according to a Project-Specific Training Matrix
  • Provide timely compliance reports to Project Leads and following-up with non-compliant employees to fulfill incomplete Training
  • Communicate Training needs between Project Leaders and Organizational Development
  • Provide supporting documentation within LMS of project team meetings

Qualifications

  • University degree in Human Resources, Education, Instructional Design, Communications, Visual Arts, Psychology or related field and 1-2 years of industry experience; or an equivalent combination of relevant and preferred education and/or work experience.
  • Strong Communicator: Demonstrate written, verbal and presentation skills to help showcase the successes of your work and Rho’s.
